Step 2: Complete Language Course & Pass N5 Exam

Enroll in our 3-month Japanese language course at our Sri Lankan center and pay the course fees.
Dedicate yourself to the course, complete all studies, and successfully pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N5) or a recognized equivalent like the NAT-TEST.
We provide expert-led classes, modern learning materials, and intensive exam preparation to ensure your pass. This certificate is the key to unlocking your admission to Japan.

Step 3: Application Preparation & Submission to Japan

Submit your complete application to your chosen Japanese language school in Japan.
Provide all required documents accurately and promptly.
We meticulously review all your documents, ensure they meet Japanese school and immigration standards, and officially submit your application on your behalf.

Step 4: School Screening & Internal Interview

Participate in an interview conducted by the Japanese language school.

Step 5: Receive Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

Step 7: COE Approval & Tuition Payment

Applicant Eligibility:

To qualify for the Student Visa (Ryugaku) and begin your studies at a Japanese language school, Sri Lankan applicants should meet the following primary criteria:

Age Requirement: Typically, applicants should be between 18 to 25 years of age at the time of application. This ensures alignment with Japanese immigration policies for language student visas.
Educational Background: You must have successfully passed your G.C.E. Advanced Level examinations in Sri Lanka. A strong academic record enhances your application.
Financial Stability: While we offer flexible payment plans, applicants must demonstrate proof of sufficient funds to cover their initial tuition and living expenses as required by Japanese immigration. We will provide detailed guidance on this process.
